Fase A

Heat the Aqueous Phase and Oil Phase separately to 75-80°C.

Slowly pour the Oil Phase over the Aqueous Phase under constant and vigorous agitation to form the emulsion.

Maintain agitation and begin cooling.

When the temperature drops below 40°C, add the actives, preservative, and fragrance.

Continue stirring gently until the cream reaches room temperature.
